Good to know before you book

Terms & Conditions

Guest count commitment: Minimum order quantity and final pricing depend on the menu tier, event type and venue location.
Final headcount lock-in: Please confirm your final guest count at least 72 hours before the event so we can plan staffing and quantities precisely.
Booking confirmation: An advance payment secures your date. The remaining balance is due before the event day.
Menu finalisation: Once confirmed, menu selections can't be changed within 48 hours of the event.
Additional requirements: Extra dishes, counters or guest servings beyond the confirmed count are billed separately.
Service staffing: The number of chefs, helpers and service staff is planned by our team to keep quality and pace consistent.
Venue readiness: Please arrange adequate cooking space, water supply and electricity at the venue.
Equipment care: Any loss or damage to our catering equipment at the venue is chargeable to the host.
Seasonal pricing: Rates may be higher during peak wedding season, festivals and auspicious dates.
Transportation: Logistics and transport charges apply based on distance to the venue.
Taxes & compliance: GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per government regulation.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation charges apply as per our standard policy and the timing of the cancellation.
